For more than 70 years, Willoughby has been serving our communities and now more than ever we are doing everything we can to help!

The COVID19 virus has devastated our local economies and all the businesses that operate within them. We feel fortunate that Insurance has been deemed essential during this crisis and we are still open and here to help you. More than 80% of my staff is working from home but we are maintaining our regular hours at our Main St and Seneca St offices in Buffalo, following all the proper social distancing and cleaning procedures.

Willoughby has partnered up with and (Osteria166 on Franklin St in Buffalo) to donate meals to our community.

We have now donated over 1,000 meals to frontline workers and families in need in the hardest-hit areas.

We will continue to donate to Stock The Freezer for the rest of the month of APRIL & MAY with a portion of the proceeds from every new policy we write being donated.

Please feel free to click on this link and make your own donation to anyone/cause of your choice.

Starting April 21, 2020, local business owner, Josh Cohen of Pie-O-Mine will be delivering salads and wraps daily to local hospitals in Western New York to help healthcare workers eat healthily.  Willoughby Insurance has donated 100 meals a day for the entire week, which Pie-O-Mine has matched.

Pi-O-Mine will be matching every donation from $9.00 and up to double the number of meals being donated.

As it has been done over the last 3 generations, Mr. Willoughby will continue to look for ways to contribute and help support the local community going forward and ALL the people living in it.
